The Investigative Engineer's Association (I-ENG-A), is a North American Association of engineers organized to provide the best resources in the form of investigative engineering by qualified claims support professionals. This organization has brought together independently qualified and established engineering firms with excellent reputations throughout North America and abroad. These experts utilize their extensive knowledge to assist claim professionals in settling issues related to the disposition of claim and litigation related to claim issues.

As a member of I-ENG-A, when claims prove to be legitimate, Complere is trained to be alert to up-code and betterment, as well as to identify cost-effective methods of repair in order to contain expenditures.
