Richard L. Flower, P.E., LEED Green Associate

Sr. Structural Engineer, BSAE, registered in the State of California.

Mr. Flower has more than 23 years of experience with structural engineering of residential, industrial, institutional, commercial, and retail structures. He is experienced in design of major structural steel, light-gauge steel, concrete, masonry, wood construction, seismic retrofit, subterranean structures, retaining and pile structures. He is experienced in forensic structural engineering: identifying causes of structural failure due to natural disasters, differential settlement, water damage, rot, and infestation. He is a LEED Green Associate, certified by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) as capable in the design of high performance green buildings.

John A. Gibbins, P.E.

Sr. Electrical Engineer, BSEE, registered in the State of California and the State of Nevada.

Mr. Gibbins has more that 25 years of experience and has worked in all phases of electrical engineering from the analysis of power systems to microprocessor based controllers. He has designed lighting layout, receptacle layout, power distribution size and layout and electrical service requirements for many offices and commercial buildings, both renovations and new buildings. He has extensive experience in programming and debugging of programmable controllers and data acquisition systems. John’s system expertise includes Allen Bradley PLC’s and a variety of AC and DC drive controllers. Provided power systems analysis and load coordination. He is a logic design expert in manufacturing systems control, PLC programming and Title 24 compliance.

Eugene G. Wilkins, P.E.

Principal, Electrical Engineer, BSEE, registered in the State of California.

Mr. Wilkins has more that 30 years experience in the electrical engineering field. He is experienced in system design, electrical and process design evaluation, implementation, high speed process controls optimization, PLC programming, computer control, logic design and project management. He has served as Engineering Manager, Section Leader, Project Engineer, Process Engineer and E&I Manager. He is a qualified combustion safeguard specialist for Procter & Gamble and has extensive experience with electrical safety controls and guarding systems.
